Profile

Born in Italy in 1975, with a mother from Trentino and a father from Puglia, experiencing these two profoundly different regions while growing up helped me understand and appreciate how rich and complex Italian culture is.

I demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative from a young age by establishing a successful business in Italy before relocating to Brazil in 2004 to build a new personal and professional life from the ground up. In 2011, after seven successful years in Brazil, I relocated to Cape Town, successfully navigating a complete career pivot and starting a new venture from the bottom up.

I currently manage a company specialised in environmentally friendly projects related to medical waste management and water treatment, through the implementation of innovative zero-emission technologies made in Italy.

I serve as a Board Director for the Italian-South African Cultural Centre (CCIS) in Cape Town, driving community engagement through the personal organisation and execution of the “Gastronomic Corner” events throughout the year.

Leveraging 22 years of international experience across diverse cultures, I bring exceptional flexibility, resilience and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by Italian communities overseas. I dedicate extensive experience, initiative, dedication and a sense of responsibility to serving the Italian community of the Cape Provinces.
